摘  要:现代科技的快速发展,推动了新的科技革命和产业变革。传统的人才培养理念难以适应高素质工程技术人才培养的要求。成果导向教育理念作为一种先进的教育理念,已被工程教育认证协会全面接受,并将其贯穿于工程教育认证标准的始终,对引导和促进专业建设与人才培养模式改革、保障和提高工程教育人才培养质量具有重要的意义。将OBE理念贯彻于专业定位、培养目标、教学设计、实施和评价等各环节,引领专业建设和人才培养模式改革,能够取得显著的效果。The rapid development of modern science and technology has promoted the new scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation.It is difficult for the traditional educational ideas to adapt to the current situation of high-quality engineering and technical talent training.Outcome-based education(OBE),an advanced teaching idea,has been fully accepted by the Engineering Education Accreditation Association,and it runs through the engineering education accreditation standards.It is very important to guide and promote the specialty construction and talent training mode reform,guarantee and improve the quality of engineering education talent training.The concept of outcome-based education(OBE)has been applied to specialty orientation,training objectives,teaching design,implementation and evaluation,leading the reform of specialty construction and talent training mode,and obvious results have been achieved.
