摘　　要：2015年底,教育部增设“健康服务与管理”本科专业后,各大高校相继开设该专业,但人才培养模式和课程设置差别很大,还存在重理论、轻实践的现象。该文针对目前部分学校在健康服务与管理专业实践教学中存在的问题,通过对实践教学的专业定位、人才定位和就业方向定位进行论述,探讨与之相对应的实践教学需求,希望在学科设置中能体现实践教学的意义,培养高素质、高水平、高技能的应用型人才,旨在为创建适应健康中国发展需求的健康服务与管理人才培养体系提供借鉴与参考。At the end of 2015,the Ministry of Education added the undergraduate major of“health service and management”,which has been set up in colleges and universities one after another.However,there are great differences in talent training mode and curriculum setting,and there is still a phenomenon of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice.In view of the problems existing in the practical teaching of health service and management major in some schools,this paper discusses the professional orientation,talent orientation and employment orientation of practical teaching,and probes into the corresponding practical teaching needs,hoping to realize the significance of practical teaching in the subject setting,and cultivate highquality,high-level and high skilled applied talents.The purpose is to provide reference for the establishment of a health service and management talent training system that meets the development needs of healthy China.
