CR胸片在肺内肿瘤结节与结核结节鉴别诊断中的价值及准确率分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨CR胸片在肺内肿瘤结节与结核结节鉴别诊断中的价值及准确率。方法:选取2016年1月-2020年1月在蕉岭县慢性病防治站治疗的65例肺内肿瘤结节患者与65例肺结核结节患者作为研究对象,所有患者均予以CR胸片检查,观察两组患者的诊断结果,对比分析CR胸片鉴别两种结节的准确性与诊断价值。结果:肺内肿瘤结节右肺下叶高于肺结核结节(χ^(2)=4.2013,P=0.0363)。肺结核结节右肺上叶高于肺内肿瘤结节(χ^(2)=5.5213,P=0.0232)。两组形态差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.6352,P=0.0963)。两组边界差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.5236,P=0.4252)。肺内肿瘤结节结节钙化高于肺结核结节(χ^(2)=3.5236,P=0.0321)。肺内肿瘤结节有分叶状低于肺结核结节(χ^(2)=5.2013,P=0.0124)。结论:CR胸片在鉴别肺内肿瘤结节与结核结节病灶位置与集结钙化方面存在着较大的差异,可为临床鉴别与治疗提供有力的参考依据,且CR胸片诊断不仅具备操作简易、可重复性强的优势,还可降低患者的治疗经济负担,值得应用与推广。Objective:To investigate the value and accuracy of CR chest X-ray in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary tumor nodules and tuberculosis nodules.Method:A total of 65 patients with pulmonary tumor nodules and 65 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis nodules treated in Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment Station of Jiaoling County from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were given CR chest X-ray examination.The diagnosis results of two groups of patients were observed,and the accuracy and diagnostic value of CR chest X-ray in differentiating two kinds of nodules were compared and analyzed.Result:The right lower lobe of pulmonary tumor nodules was higher than that of pulmonary tuberculosis nodules(χ^(2)=4.2013,P=0.0363).The right upper lobe of pulmonary tuberculosis nodules was higher than that of pulmonary tumor nodules(χ^(2)=5.5213,P=0.0232).There was no significant difference in morphology between the two groups(χ^(2)=2.6352,P=0.0963).There was no significant difference in boundary between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.5236,P=0.4252).The calcification of pulmonary tumor nodules was higher than that of pulmonary tuberculosis nodules(χ^(2)=3.5236,P=0.0321).Pulmonary tumor nodules were lobulated,lower than pulmonary tuberculosis nodules(χ^(2)=5.2013,P=0.0124).Conclusion:There are great differences in the location and mass calcification of pulmonary tumor nodules and tuberculous nodules by CR chest X-ray,which can provide a strong reference for clinical differentiation and treatment.CR chest X-ray diagnosis not only has the advantages of simple operation and strong repeatability,but also can reduce the treatment economic burden of patients,which is worthy of application and promotion.
