摘　　要：目的:探究引起溃疡性结肠炎复发的影响因素,并提出预防措施,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法:以溃疡性结肠炎患者200例为对象,研究时间为2019年3月-2020年3月,统计患者复发率,记录一般资料,分析复发诱发因素,使用多因素回归分析其影响因素,并总结预防措施。结果:200例患者中,复发84例(42.00%)。复发组发病年龄、饮酒、吸烟、治疗依从性、饮食习惯与非复发组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用Logistic多因素回归分析,溃疡性结肠炎复发独立危险因素包括经常饮酒、发病年龄轻(P<0.05);保护性因素包括良好饮食习惯、良好依从性(P<0.05)。结论:溃疡性结肠炎受到多种因素影响,包括饮酒、饮食、治疗依从性等,需加强健康教育,提高疾病认知水平,积极参与治疗,预防疾病复发。Objective:To explore the influence factor and preventive measures leading to the recurrence of ulcerative colitis in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.Method:A total of 200 patients with ulcerative colitis were studied from March 2019 to March 2020.The recurrence rates of all patients were counted in detail,the general data were recorded,the influence factors of recurrence were analyzed,multivariate regression analysis was used,and the preventive measures were summarized.Result:Among the 200 patients,84 cases(42.00%)recurred.There were significant differences in age of onset,drinking,smoking,treatment compliance and eating habits between the recurrent group and the non-recurrent group(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors of recurrent ulcerative colitis included frequent drinking,young age of onset(P<0.05),and protective factors included good eating habits and good compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ulcerative colitis is affected by many factors,including drinking,diet,treatment compliance and so on.It is necessary to strengthen health education,improve disease awareness,actively participate in treatment and prevent disease recurrence.
