常温流动牙胶在一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究常温流动牙胶在一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2020年4月本院收治的104例急性牙髓炎患者开展研究。随机分为观察组、对照组,各52例。两组均进行一次性根管治疗,对照组给予iRoot糊剂+热牙胶进行充填,观察组采用常温流动牙胶进行根管充填。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、填充效果、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.38%(47/52),高于对照组的75.00%(39/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、4、7 d,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组恰填率高于对照组,填充时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率为7.69%(4/52),低于对照组的25.00%(13/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性牙髓炎患者一次性根管治疗中采用常温流动牙胶效果显著,能够减轻患者治疗后的疼痛感,提高患者的充填效果,且治疗安全性良好,可在口腔科临床推荐。Objective:To study the application effect of normal temperature flowing dental glue in one-time root canal therapy for patients with acute pulpitis.Method:A total of 104 patients with acute pulpitis in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected for this study.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,52 cases in each group.The control group was given iRoot paste+hot dental glue for filling,and the observation group was given normal temperature flowing dental glue for root canal filling.The clinical efficacy,degree of pain,filling effect and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 90.38%(47/52),which was higher than 75.00%(39/52)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 1,4 and 7 d after treatment(P<0.05).The exact filling rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the filling time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.69%(4/52),which was lower than 25.00%(13/52)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In one-time root canal therapy for patients with acute pulpitis,the application of normal temperature flowing dental glue has significant effect,can reduce the pain of patients after treatment,improve the filling effect of patients,and has good safety,which can be recommended in the department of stomatology.
