摘  要:为了解决低电压环境下起重机械振动位移应变高的问题,采用主动振动控制法,通过降低起重机械闭环传递函数共振峰处响应完成起重机械振动的初步控制;通过被动振动控制抵消压电片沿厚度方向与起重机械矩形板之间的振动获得压电应变位移,保证压电片振动方向与起重机械矩形板振动方向相反以及压电片与起重机械矩形板间相对轴向力大小一致、方向相反,完成起重机械振动的被动控制,实现起重机械振动的主被动混合控制。实验结果表明,所提方法降低了起重机械振动位移,且需要的控制输入电压均低于主动控制和被动控制法,说明采用所提方法的起重机械振动控制效果更佳。In order to solve the problem of high vibration displacement and strain of hoisting machinery under low voltage environment,the active vibration control method is adopted to reduce the response at the resonance peak of the closed-loop transfer function of the hoisting machinery to complete the preliminary control of the hoisting machinery vibration.Passive vibration control is used to offset the vibration between the sheet in the thickness direction and the rectangular plate of the hoisting machine to obtain piezoelectric strain displacement so as to ensure that the vibration direction of the piezoelectric sheet is opposite to the vibration direction of the rectangular plate of the hoisting machine,and the relative axis between the piezoelectric sheet and the rectangular plate of the hoisting machine direction force is the same but with opposite direction.Thus the passive control of the crane lifting machinery vibration is completed and the active and passive hybrid control of the crane vibration is achieved.The experimental results show that the proposed mothod has better effect in lifting machinery vibration control with the vibration displacement of the hoisting machinery being reduced and the required control input voltage being lower than that of the active control and passive control.
