右美托咪啶滴鼻对于小儿斜视手术的镇静、苏醒和认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究右美托咪啶滴鼻对于小儿斜视手术的镇静、苏醒和认知功能的影响。方法:选择126例需进行斜视手术的患儿,分为生理盐水组、右美托咪定1μg/kg组、右美托咪定2μg/kg组和右美托咪定3μg/kg组,分析各组患儿苏醒情况、Ramsay评分、血流动力学指标、认知功能障碍、炎症因子IL-1β、TNF-α和IL-6水平和不良症状发生率。结果:各组患儿治疗后苏醒情况、Ramsay评分、血流动力学指标、认知功能障碍、炎症因子IL-1β、TNF-α和IL-6水平以及不良症状发生率比较。其中右美托咪定2μg/kg组患儿不良症状发生率最低,缩短了手术所需时间且苏醒情况较好;提高了镇静效果。结论:2μg/kg对右美托咪啶滴鼻对于小儿斜视手术手术的镇静、苏醒和认知功能的影响效果最佳。Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine nasal drops on sedation,revival and cognitive function in children undergoing strabismus surgery.Methods Choose 126 cases of children with strabismus surgery,divided into normal saline group,the dexmedetomidine 1μg/kg group,dexmedetomidine 2μg/kg group and dexmedetomidine 3μg/kg group,comparison and analysis between groups with the situation,Ramsay score,hemodynamic indexes,cognitive dysfunction and inflammatory factor IL-1β、TNF-αand IL-6 levels and the incidence of adverse symptoms.Results There were statistically significant differences in post-treatment awakening,Ramsay score,hemodynamic indicators,cognitive dysfunction,inflammatory cytokines IL-1,TNF-αand IL-6 levels,and incidence of adverse symptoms among the groups.The incidence of adverse symptoms was the lowest in dexmedetomidine 2μg/kg group,the time of operation was shortened,and the resuscitation was better.Improved sedative effect.Conclusion The effect of 2μg/kg on the sedation,resuscitation and cognitive function of dexmedetomidine nasal drops on strabismus surgery in children is the best.
