摘　　要：目的:分析氢溴酸西酞普兰联合重复经颅磁刺激(rMTS)对抑郁患者抑郁程度影响。方法:选取2018年7月~2020年5月间在医院接受治疗的抑郁症患者82例,随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)口服氢溴酸西酞普兰片和右佐匹克隆片;观察组(41例)在对照组基础上行rMTS治疗;观察2组患者临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分改变、睡眠质量及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率为92.24%,高于对照组的70.73%,差异有统计学意义;治疗前,两组患者HAMD各项评分差异均无统计学意义;治疗后观察组患者HAMD各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;治疗后观察组觉醒次数、入睡时间低于对照组,总睡眠时间高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:氢溴酸西酞普兰联合rMTS可有效改善抑郁症患睡眠质量,降低抑郁程度,提高临床疗效,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of escitalopram combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rMTS)on depression in depressed patients.Methods Eighty-two patients with depression who were treated in the hospital between July 2018 and May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups which are the control group(41 cases),taking oral citalopram hydrobromide tablets and dextrozole tablets,and the observation group(41 cases),being treated with rMTS on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,sleep quality and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate was 92.24%in the observation group,which was higher than that of the control group(70.73%).The difference was statistically significant.while there was no significant difference in the HAMD scores between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the number of wakefulness and the time for falling asleep in the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the total sleep time was longer than the control group,which is statistically significant.Conclusion Escitalopram combined with rMTS can effectively improve the quality of sleep in depression patients,reduce the degree of depression,improve clinical efficacy,and is safer.
