银离子漱口液对固定矫治中牙龈炎患者的疗效及GI、PI、SBI的变化研究

摘　　要：目的:观察银离子漱口液对固定矫治中牙龈炎患者的疗效,及对患者GI、PI、SBI水平的影响。方法:选取2015年8月~2017年12月在我院接受治疗的牙龈炎患者为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组每天采用生理盐水漱口,观察组采用银离子漱口液漱口。观察两组患者治疗前后炎症因子、牙龈相关指标和满意度的差异。结果:两组患者治疗前炎症因子水平无差别,治疗1个月后,观察组患者HIF-1α、PCT、hs-CRP水平分别为8.27±1.42ng/L、6.02±1.01ng/mL、8.45±1.03mg/L,低于对照组患者;两组患者治疗前牙龈相关指标无差别,治疗后1个月,观察组患者的PLI、GI、SBI分别为0.75±0.16、1.18±0.22、1.24±0.22,低于对照组患者;观察组患者治疗满意度为96.43%,明显高于对照组患者的78.57%,差异有统计学意义。结论:银离子漱口液对固定矫治中牙龈炎患者的疗效较好,可明显改善患者的牙龈指标,提高患者的治疗满意度。Objective To observe the effect of silver ion mouthwash on patients with gingivitis in fixed orthodontic treatment,and its influence on GI,PI and SBI levels.Methods The patients with gingivitis treated in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was gargled with normal saline every day,while the observation group was gargled with silver ion gargle.The differences of inflammatory factors,gingival related indicators and satisfaction between the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results There was no difference in the levels of inflammatory factors before treatment between the two groups.One month after treatment,the levels of HIF-1a,PCT and hs-CRP in the observation group were 8.27±1.42ng/L,6.02±1.01ng/mL and 8.45±1.03mg/L,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group.There was no difference in the related indexes of gingiva between the two groups before treatment.One month after treatment,the PLI,GI and SBI of the observation group were 0.75±0.16,1.18±0.22,1.24±0.22,lower than that of the control group;the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 96.43%,significantly higher than that of the control group(78.57%),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Silver ion mouthwash has a good effect on patients with gingivitis in fixed orthodontic treatment.It can significantly improve the gingival index of patients and improve the treatment satisfaction of patients.
