摘 要:飞行器飞行过程,舵机接受并执行信息处理器形成的舵偏指令,推动舵面的偏转,从而产生飞行器的控制力矩。传统人工测试的可靠性及追溯性都较差。因此,提出基于Labview软件、PLC平台搭建的舵机零位检测及调零系统的方案,设计了一套操作简单,自动化程度和精度高的舵机零位检测及自动调零系统。其采用机器视觉的方法实现了对舵机零位的非接触检测。利用该系统可以同时对该舵机的4个舵位进行零位偏角和电压的检测,并且自动调整航调装置的偏置电位器,从而调整舵机电气零位。实现了对舵机零位的精确检测和自动调零。实验结果表明,舵机零位检测及自动调零系统操作简便,精确度高,具有广泛的应用前景。During the flight of the aircraft,the rudder receives and executes the rudder deflection command formed by the information processor to drive the deflection of the rudder surface,thereby generating the control torque of the aircraft.The reliability and traceability of traditional manual testing are poor.Therefore,a scheme of a steering gear zero detection and zero adjustment system based on Labview software and PLC platform is proposed,and a set of steering gear zero detection and automatic zero adjustment system with simple operation,high automation and precision is designed.It uses machine vision to realize non-contact detection of the zero position of the steering gear.The system can simultaneously detect the zero deflection angle and voltage of the four rudder positions of the steering gear,and automatically adjust the bias potentiometer of the aerial adjustment device to adjust the electrical zero position of the steering gear.It realizes the accurate detection and automatic zero adjustment of the steering gear zero position.The experimental results show that the steering gear zero detection and automatic zero adjustment system is easy to operate,highly accurate,and has a wide range of application prospects.
