因重度牙周炎失牙致无牙颌患者行种植固定修复的有效性探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨为因重度牙周炎失牙致无牙颌患者实施种植固定修复治疗干预的临床效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年11月收治因重度牙周炎失牙致无牙颌患者94例,随机分为两组,各47例。对照组实施常规性修复治疗干预;研究组实施种植固定修复治疗干预。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组修复治疗成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组舒适度评分、美观度评分、咀嚼功能评分、发音功能评分及稳定功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组SOD及GSH-Px指标水平均高于对照组,研究组MDA、O2及H2O2指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后IL-2及IL-8指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为因重度牙周炎失牙致无牙颌患者实施种植固定修复治疗干预,能获取较好效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of implant fixed restoration intervention for edentulous patients with tooth loss due to severe periodontitis.Methods:From February 2019 to November 2020,94 edentulous patients with tooth loss due to severe periodontitiswere selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine repair therapy.The study group was treated with implant fixed repair therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The success rate of repair treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of comfort,beauty,mastication,articulation and stability in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of SOD and GSH-Px in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of MDA,O2 and H2 O2 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IL-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of implant fixation for edentulous patients with tooth loss due to severe periodontitis can obtain better results.
