摘 要:目的:评价客观结构化临床考核模式(OSCE)在妇产科护士培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月N2级护士64例,根据教学方式不同分为两组,各32例。对照组接受一般教学;观察组运用OSCE。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组护士教学总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士语言表达能力、交流沟通能力、理论知识、基本操作技能、技术操作技能等评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士培训满意度评分、自信心评分及评价性思维能力测评量表(CTDICV)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科护士培训中运用OSCE的效果明显,可有效提高语言表达能力、交流沟通能力、理论知识、基本操作技能、临床观察能力及应急水平等。Objective:To evaluate the effect of OSCE examination mode in the training of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,64 N2 nurses were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the teaching methods,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received general teaching.The observation group used the objective structured clinical examination(OSCE).The application effects of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of nurse teaching in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of language expression ability,communication ability,theoretical knowledge,basic operation skill and technical operation skill of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nurses'training satisfaction,self-confidence and CTDICV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of OSCE in the training of nurses obstetrics and gynecology is obvious,which can effectively improve language expression,communication skills,theoretical knowledge,basic operational skills,clinical observation ability and emergency level of nurses.
