摘　　要：依托超星学银在线平台,以《电工基础》课程为例,探讨如何有效构建MOOC课程数字化资源,将课程建设与平台有机结合,高效打造电工基础MOOC平台。课程建设中,力推以学生为中心,进行信息化教学改革,按照MOOC标准进行《电工基础》课程资源建设,立足学生学习效率的提高,根据学生学习效果进行分析和评价,助力推动电工基础MOOC平台的建设。Relying on the online platform of superstar xueyin online,taking the course of electrical engineering foundation as an example,this paper discusses how to effectively build the digital resources of MOOC course,which combines the course construction with the platform organically,and builds the MOOC platform of electrical engineering foundation efficiently.In the course construction,we should focus on students,carry out information-based teaching reform,construct and enrich the course resources of electrical engineering foundation according to MOOC standard.Besides,based on the improvement of students'learning efficiency,the paper also analyzes and evaluates students'learning effects to help promote the construction of MOOC platform for electrical engineering.
