摘　　要：对于教师而言,职业院校技能大赛既是展示自身技能的渠道,也是检验教育教学成果的途径,更是挖掘高技能人才的擂台。本文总结了技能大赛对专业教师的要求和助推师资建设的成效。For teachers,vocational college skills competition is not only a channel to show their skills,but also a way to test the results of education and teaching,but also a challenge arena to tap high skilled talents.This paper summarizes the requirements of skills competition for professional teachers and the effect of boosting the construction of teachers.
