面向“双循环”构建绿色经济“内循环”的路径选择——基于县域制造业企业GSCM中碳减排实践的实证分析

摘　　要：通过定量化202家县域制造业企业绿色供应链管理(GSCM)中碳减排实践的程度及其对企业绩效的影响程度,构建了各实践之间、实践与绩效之间的因果关系模型。研究发现:绿色采购和创造共享价值(CSV)的程度低;绿色管理与绿色设计促进企业社会责任(CSR)推进、CSV开展、绿色采购和绿色营销,推进CSV促进绿色采购和绿色营销;绿色管理对环境绩效、绿色设计对运营绩效有正向影响,绿色设计和绿色采购对经济绩效有负向影响,推进CSR、开展CSV和绿色营销对绩效无明显影响。在“双循环”发展格局下,企业加强开展CSV,积极以实现共同利益为前提与国内供应商合作推行绿色采购、推动绿色消费有助于全方位打通绿色经济“内循环”堵点,助力企业参与全球环境治理。By quantifying the degree of carbon emission reduction practice and its impact on performance of the green supply chain management(GSCM)practice in 202 enterprises,the causal relationship model between practices and performance is constructed.The results show that:the degree of green purchasing and creating shared value(CSV)is low;green management and green design promote corporate social responsibility(CSR)promotion,CSV development,green procurement and green marketing,pushing CSV can promote green procurement and green marketing;green management has a positive impact on environmental performance,green design has a positive impact on operational performance,green design and green procurement has a negative impact on economic performance,promoting CSR,carrying out CSV and green marketing have no significant impact on performance.Under the“dual cycle”development pattern,enterprises should strengthen the implementation of CSV,actively cooperate with domestic suppliers to promote green procurement on the premise of realizing common interests,and promote green consumption by means of“dual cycle”,which will help to break through the“internal cycle”blocking point of green economy in an all-round way,and enhance their participation in global environmental governance.
