摘　　要：介绍了国内第一台单粒子束装置中束线开关的控制原理 ,通过实验验证了束线开关的反应时间在 5μs以内 ,满足实际工作需要 .The paper mainly focuses on the beam shutter of single-particle beam facility, it introduces the control principle of beam shutter. The experiments demonstrate that the response time of beam shutter is less than 5μs, so the beam shutter can work properly.
