摘 要:胃癌是一种高异质性肿瘤,传统测序方式通常将胃癌组织或细胞当做整体进行分析,易忽视其中各个细胞亚群的作用。作为一种新兴技术,单细胞测序可在单个细胞水平对基因组、转录组等多组学进行分析,可识别胃癌组织中的罕见细胞亚群,有助于解析胃癌的发生发展轨迹。本文就单细胞测序的优势、流程以及在胃癌研究中的应用进行综述,并探讨其应用前景。Gastric cancer is a highly heterogeneous tumor.Traditional sequencing methods usually analyze gastric cancer tissues or cells as a whole,which is easy to ignore the role of various cell subsets.As a new technology,single cell sequencing can analyze genome,transcriptome and other groups at the single cell level,identify rare cell subsets in gastric cancer tissue,and help to analyze the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.This review mainly focused on the advantages and processes of single cell sequencing,and its application in the study of gastric cancer.Furthermore,its application prospect was discussed.
