摘  要:为了促进热障涂层材料的红外定量检测,提出了基于反问题的脉冲红外检测方法。依据传热学理论建立热障涂层材料的瞬态导热方程,利用有限体积法进行数字计算,得到检测表面的温度分布,依据检测表面的温度,利用LM反演算法对脱粘层缺陷的位置和涂层厚度进行了反演识别,实现对热障涂层材料的定量检测。利用数字算例对检测结果进行了验证,验证了方法的有效性。In order to promote quantitative detection of thermal barrier coating by infrared technology,the detect method of Pulsed thermography was proposed based on inverse problem analysis.The Transient heat conduction equation of Thermal barrier coatings was established according to the theory of heat transfer.The temperature distribution of the detect surface was obtained through the numerical calculation of the finite volume method.According to The temperature of the detect surface,the position of the bonding defect and the thickness of coating was identified by the Inversion method.Quantitative defection of Thermal barrier coatings was achieved.The effectiveness of the detect method was verification by numerical example.
