摘　　要：为了解决传统音频信号处理系统处理音频信号时存在的误差较高、耗时较长等问题,提出设计半导体激光器的音频信号处理系统。选择ARMCortex-M3内核的STM32F103C8T6芯片进行主控制器的设计;采用7路650 nm的半导体激光器发射激光束,激光接收管接收到激光束信号后传送到主控制器,该信号在主控制器中经过运算处理,输出不同音频信号到音频处理TDA7279芯片驱动电路中;结合软件识别程序设计,完成了半导体激光器的音频信号处理系统设计。实验结果表明:采用所提系统处理音频信号的误差仅为0.1%,且识别速度较快。In order to solve the problems of high error and long time-consuming in traditional audio signal processing system,an audio signal processing system of semiconductor laser is proposed.The stm32f103c8t6 chip of armcortex-m3 core is selected to design the main controller,and 7-channel 650 is adopted Nm semiconductor laser emits laser beam,and the laser receiving tube receives the laser beam signal and sends it to the main controller.The signal is processed in the main controller,and different audio signals are output to the driver circuit of audio processing tda7279 chip.Combined with the software identification program design,the audio signal processing system of semiconductor laser is designed.The experimental results show that the error of audio signal processing by the proposed system is only 0.1%,and the recognition speed is fast.
