综合护理干预措施对妇科恶性肿瘤术后尿路感染的预防效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预措施对妇科恶性肿瘤术后尿路感染的预防效果。方法将2017年7月~2019年6月在我院妇科行腹腔镜手术的妇科恶性肿瘤患者108例为研究对象,其中以2017年7月~2018年6月的52例患者为对照组,采取导尿管留置的常规护理;以2018年7月~2019年6月的56例妇科恶性肿瘤患者为干预组,在常规护理上采取综合护理干预措施。比较两组患者的尿路感染发生率、导尿管平均留置时间、平均住院时间。结果干预组尿路感染9例(16.07%),对照组15例(28.85%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组导尿管平均留置时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对妇科恶性肿瘤术后留置尿管患者实施综合护理干预措施,能有效减少尿路感染的发生,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the protective effect of comprehensive care on postoperative urinary tract infection after surgery for gynecologic malignancy.Methods Patients with gynecologic malignancies(n=108)admitted between July of 2017 and June 2016 in our department were included and divided into control group(n=52)who were admitted between July of 2017 and June 2018 and intervention group(n=56)who were admitted between July of 2018 and June 2019.Patients of the control group were cared with routine urinary catherization and the patients of the intervention group were cared with comprehensive caring intervention measure.The infection rate of urinary tract,days of catherization and average hospital stay were compared.Results 9 patients(16.07%)in the intervention group had urinary infections,compared to 15 patients(28.85%)in the control group(P<0.05).Hospital stay in the intervention group was shorter compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive care on postoperative urinary tract infection after surgery for gynecologic malignancy could reduce the incidence of urinary infection and was worth promotion.
