雌雄元宝鸽胸肌、腿肌和翅肌肌纤维组织特性研究

摘　　要：为研究元宝鸽不同性别和不同部位间的肌纤维组织特性的差异,采用常规组织学技术对元宝鸽腿肌、胸肌和翅肌的肌纤维组织特性(肌纤维直径、面积、密度)进行了测定。研究结果显示,雌鸽和雄鸽肌纤维直径和面积均是腿肌最大,胸肌最小,且三个部位间差异极显著(P<0.01);胸肌肌纤维排列最密集,与腿肌差异不显著(P>0.05),与翅肌差异显著(P<0.05)。雄鸽各部位的肌纤维直径和面积均小于雌鸽,各部位肌纤维密度均大于雌鸽。由此可见,不同部位的肌纤维组织学特性存在显著差异,且性别对元宝鸽的肌纤维组织学特性也存在一定的影响。The histological characteristics of muscle fibers from leg muscle,pectoral muscle and wing muscle of Yuanbao pigeon are measured by conventional histological technology to explore the diversity between different parts and gender,including the diameter,area,and density of muscle fibers.The results show thatthe muscle from the three parts differ significantly(P<0.01)in terms of muscle fiber diameter and area,and the leg muscle of both genders are the largest while the pectoral muscle is found to be the smallest in this respect;pectoral muscle fibers are the most densely arranged,with no significant difference from leg muscle(P>0.05)but obvious differencefrom wing muscle(P<0.05);the diameter and area of muscle fiber in each part of male pigeonare smaller than that of female butits muscle fiber density in each part are higher than that of female.It can be seen that the histological characteristics of muscle fibers in different parts are significantly different and it is affected by gender difference to a certain extent.
