摘 要:本文通过综述酸性鞘磷脂酶在肝细胞凋亡、脂肪性肝病、肝纤维化、肝硬化、肝脏肿瘤等肝脏相关疾病发生发展中的作用,以及与糖尿病肾病、肾小球疾病和镉性肾损害等肾脏相关疾病发生发展的关系;发现酸性鞘磷脂酶可通过激活产生大量的神经酰胺,调节鞘磷脂类的代谢过程,进而在肝脏、肾脏相关疾病的发展过程中起重要的介导及调节作用;抑制酸性鞘磷脂酶的活性和表达,对进一步研究疾病的发病机制、防控肝肾相关疾病的发展、减缓疾病的进程有重要意义。In this paper,the role of acid sphingomyelinase in the occurrence and development of liver related diseases such as hepatocyte apoptosis,fatty liver disease,liver fibrosis,liver cirrhosis and liver tumor,as well as its relationship with the occurrence and development of kidney related diseases such as diabetic nephropathy,glomerular disease and cadmium-induced renal damage were reviewed.It was found that acid sphingomyelinase can regulate the metabolic process of sphingolipids by activating a large amount production of ceramides,and thus plays an important role in the development of liver and kidney related diseases.Inhibition of the activity and expression of acid sphingomyelinase is of great importance for further research on the pathogenesis of diseases,prevention and control of liver and kidney related diseases,and slowing down the progression of diseases.
