摘　　要：目的探讨苏州市中学生抑郁症状与网络成瘾的关系,为开展相关研究和干预提供依据。方法 2019年9—10月,采用分层整群抽样法,抽取苏州市7所中学的1 734名中学生为调查对象,采用流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)判定中学生抑郁得分,并对中学生抑郁症状与网络成瘾的关联性进行分析。结果调查的中学生年龄为(14.36±1.70)岁,CES-D得分为15.48±9.78,不同年级的中学生网络成瘾状况分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。调整年龄和年级前后抑郁症状与网络成瘾均呈正相关(OR=2.50-4.01,均P<0.05)。结论苏州市中学生网络成瘾行为应引起重视,抑郁得分水平增加可能会增加网络成瘾的发生风险。Objective To investigate the relationship between depressive symptoms and internet addiction disorder(IAD) among middle school students in Suzhou City,provide the basis for carrying out related research and intervention. Methods A total of1 734 students from eight middle schools in Suzhou City were collected through stratified cluster sampling from September to October,2019. Center for epidemiologic studies depression scale(CES-D) was used to measure the depression score of middle school students. The relationship between middle school students’ depressive symptoms and IAD was analyzed. Results The age of investigated students was(14.36±1.70) years old,and the CES-D score was 15.48±9.78. There were statistically significant differences in the distribution of IAD among middle school students with different age,grade and depressive symptoms(all P<0.01).The depressive symptoms were positively correlated with IAD before and after adjusting age and grade(OR=2.50-4.01,all P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to the internet addiction behavior among middle school students in Suzhou City. The increase of depression score may increase the risk of internet addiction.
