摘　　要：重新犯罪问题一直是一个备受关注的复杂社会问题。对服刑罪犯开展准确有效的重新犯罪风险评估,并采取相应的教育矫治措施,是解决其释放后重新犯罪问题的有效途径。重新犯罪风险评估的方法很多,本文首次提出了采用"物理-事理-人理(WSR)方法论"对罪犯开展重新犯罪风险评估。本文把罪犯本身视为客观存在,将评估、控制再犯风险视为要研究解决的复杂问题,通过对影响罪犯重新犯罪因子的梳理分类,研究构建罪犯再犯风险评估中物理、事理、人理之间的关系框架。The problem of recidivism is always a complex and noticeable issue. Adequate risk assessment and correctional measures is considered to be an effective way to solve the problem of recidivism. This thesis first proposed to use the "Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR)Methodology"to evaluate offenders’ risk of re-offending. In this paper,prisoners are regarded as the object,and the re-offending risk control is regarded as a complex problem. By means of choosing and classifying the re-offending factors,this paper tries to build the framework for Wuli,Shili and Renli in the process of assessing the re-offending risks and rehabilitative needs.
