摘 要:利用排队理论,以串行机械制造系统的生产周期为目标,创建了面向生产过程的绩效指标模型,用于控制生产过程,缩短生产周期.通过运用排队论的G/G/m模型对串行制造生产线的站点进行排队模型建立,找出生产中的约束站点,并基于约束站点的绩效指标,提出了与生产周期相关的绩效指标模型.所有的这些绩效指标是一个相互制约的整体.通过量化的绩效指标模型,对生产周期进行及时地评估与回馈,指导了生产线的生产活动,从而降低了变动性对生产线的影响,使得生产线上在制品特别是常量在制品数量的持续降低,最后,以某机械制造企业为例,成功大幅降低了某产品的生产周期,达到了优化机械生产过程和节约成本的目的.In this paper,introduce a new cycle time performance tracking matrix derived from the factory physics queuing mode in the job-shop mechanical production environment.It will explore a systematic way to structure the hierarchical cycle time key performance indicators framework and then guide the production operation and reduce the cycle time.Use the G/G/m modeling of query theory for each operation station in the factory floor to find the constrain operation in the production line.Then based on the key performance indicators of constrain operation to build the cycle time orientation indicator matrix.This performance indicator modeling works as one team and take the effective for each other.Through the timely CT performance assessment and feedback via systematic and visual performance indicator matrix,driving WIP reduction continuously via CONWIP guided shop floor WIP control process,reducing fundamental variability as well.Finally,this method is approved in one physical mechanical factory environment with great cycle time reduction,achieving manufacturing process optimization and cost saving.
