腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣应用于口腔颌面部修复重建中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣应用于口腔颌面部修复重建中的效果。方法:选取我院在2015年1月~2016年12月收治的口腔颌面部损伤患者共68例作为研究对象,按照数字表法将他们随机分为对照组(n=34)和研究组(n=34),对照组患者给予常规的手术治疗,研究组患者给予腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣治疗,研究对比两组患者在治疗后的移植效果、手术指标对比、术后表征情况以及患者的恢复情况。结果:经治疗后,研究组患者的移植效果明显好于对照组患者;研究组患者手术时间、切口长度以及愈合时间明显少于对照组患者;研究组患者的术后表征情况明显好于对照组患者;研究组患者的恢复情况明显好于对照组患者。结论:腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣应用于口腔颌面部修复重建中的临床效果明显,安全性较高,临床价值突出,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of the inferior epigastric perforator flap in the reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial region.Methods 68 cases of oral and maxillofacial infection treated in our hospital in December-2016 January 2015 were selected as the research subjects.According to the digital table method,they were randomly divided into the control group (n=34) and the study group (n=34).The patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgical treatment,and the patients in the study group were treated with the inferior epigastric artery perforator flap.The effect of transplantation,the comparison of operative index,the postoperative characterization and the recovery of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effect of the patients in the study group was better than that of the control group,and the operation time,the length of the incision and the healing time of the study group were significantly less than those of the control group,and the postoperative characterization of the patients in the study group was better than that of the control group;The recovery was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion The application of the inferior epigastric artery perforator flap in the reconstruction and reconstruction of the oral and maxillofacial region has obvious clinical effect,high safety and prominent clinical value.It is worthy of further clinical application.
