摘 要:针对我国许多河流、湖(库)水文、水质资料较少、信息不全的实际情况,提出运用未确知数理论建立水域纳污能力未确知数学模型。该模型不仅能得到水域纳污能力区间值及相应的主观可信度,也可求得未确知信息下的纳污能力确定值,为水资源保护、水污染防治工作提供了更丰富、更科学的信息。实例研究表明,运用未确知数理论进行水域纳污能力计算,理论上可行,计算简单、结果可靠,具有实用价值,在水环境保护领域有广阔的应用前景。Due to lack of hydrological and water quality data,incomplete information in many rivers,lakes and reservoirs in China.The unascertained mathematical model of water environmental capacity is put forward according to the unascertained number theory.This model can provide not only the water environmental capacity interval value and the corresponding reliability,but also the certain value under unascertained information.It present more abundant and scientific information for water resources protection and water pollution control.The result shows that it is feasible in theory,simple in calculation and reliable in result.It has practical value and wide application prospect in water environment protection field.
