摘  要:为研究车辆悬挂系统参数及轨道不平顺水平对600 km/h高速磁浮车辆动力学性能的影响。基于多体动力学理论建立常导高速电磁悬浮车辆动力学模型,采用上海高速磁浮试验线测试拟合得到的轨道不平顺,对车辆动力学性能进行仿真分析。研究空簧垂向刚度、辅助弹簧横向刚度、摇枕连接垂向刚度等二系悬挂参数以及轨道不平顺幅值对高速磁悬浮车辆动力学性能的影响。结果表明:车辆垂向平稳性、乘坐舒适度、振动加速度等指标均随空簧垂向刚度的增大而增大;车辆横向平稳性随辅助弹簧横向刚度的增大略有增大;车辆横向平稳性随摇枕连接垂向刚度的增大略有减小;车辆平稳性、乘坐舒适度和振动加速度均随轨道不平顺幅值的增大而增大;综合考虑车辆垂向振动加速度、车辆平稳性和乘坐舒适度指标,建议轨道高低不平顺幅值不超过2.8 mm,轨向不平顺幅值不超过4.2 mm。In order to study the influence of the parameters of vehicle suspension system and track irregularity on the dynamic performance of 600 km/h high-speed maglev train,a dynamic model of high-speed EMS train is established based on the theory of multi-body dynamics.The track irregularity data obtained from Shanghai high-speed maglev test line are used for the model to evaluate the dynamic performance of the high-speed maglev train.The effects of secondary suspension parameters such as vertical stiffness of air spring,lateral stiffness of auxiliary spring and vertical stiffness of bolster connection on dynamic performance of high-speed maglev train are analyzed.The results show that the vertical Sperling index,riding comfort and vibration acceleration of the vehicle increase with the increase of the vertical stiffness of the air spring.The lateral Sperling index of the vehicle slightly increases with the increase of the lateral stiffness of the auxiliary spring.The lateral Sperling index of the vehicle decreases slightly with the increase of the vertical stiffness of the bolster connection.The Sperling index,riding comfort and vibration acceleration increase with the increase of the track irregularity amplitude.It is suggested that,considering the vertical vibration acceleration and Sperling index of the vehicle and the riding comfort,the amplitude of track vertical irregularity should not exceed 2.8 mm and the amplitude of track direction irregularity should not exceed 4.2 mm.
