摘  要:为探讨水压对弹性密封垫防水性能的影响,依托南京和燕路长江隧道工程,利用有限元软件ABAQUS基于yeoh模型,对南京和燕路长江隧道采用的密封垫在有水压作用与无水压作用情况下的防水性能进行数值模拟,并对其开展设计最不利工况下的防水性能实验,得到密封垫在设计最不利工况下的变形特性及接触应力特性。通过两种计算方式下密封垫防水数值模拟及防水试验结果的对比分析,结论为:考虑水压作用后,密封垫整体朝背水侧变形,上下密封垫间挤压程度更为剧烈,密封垫整体接触应力有所提升;考虑水压作用后的密封垫接触应力分布更为集中,这种更为集中的应力分布方式导致了密封垫接触应力的提升,同时也可能导致密封垫防水能力的不稳定;考虑水压作用情况下的数值模拟结果与防水试验结果更为接近,未考虑水压作用的密封垫防水数值模拟结果过于保守,不利于承受高水压作用下盾构隧道接缝密封垫的选型;数值计算中对于水压作用的模拟方式可进一步改善。In order to understand the effect of water pressure on the waterproof performance of elastic seals,this paper,with reference to the Nanjing Heyanlu Yangtze River Tunnel Project,employs the finite element software ABAQUS based on the yeoh Model to numerically simulate the waterproof performance of the seals used in the Nanjing Heyanlu Yangtze River Tunnel Project with and without water pressure,and carries out waterproof performance tests under the most unfavorable working conditions.The deformation characteristics and contact stress characteristics of the gasket under the most unfavorable conditions are obtained.By comparing the numerical analysis results of the waterproofing of the gasket under the two calculation methods and the results of waterproofing tests,the following conclusions are obtained.The whole gasket deforms towards the back water side,the degree of extrusion between the upper and lower gaskets becomes more severe,and the overall contact stress of the gasket increases due to the effect of water pressure.The contact stress distribution of the gasket is more concentrated subject to the action of water pressure,which leads to an increase in the contact stress of the gasket,and may also lead to the instability of the waterproof ability of the gasket.The numerical simulation results in consideration of the water pressure are closer to the waterproof test results.The numerical simulation results of the gasket without considering the water pressure are too conservative to select shield tunnel joint gasket under high water pressure.The simulation method in the numerical calculation of water pressure can be further improved.
