辅导员助推大学生创新创业教育的路径

摘　　要：作为开展大学生创新创业教育的主体,辅导员肩负着引领者、培育者、组织者及融创者的责任,但辅导员的理论知识欠缺、能力不足等问题阻碍了创新型学生的培育。通过提升辅导员创新创业能力,构建“三位一体”的创新创业教育培养体系,以强理论、高实践、精指导的方式,助推大学生创新创业教育。As the subject of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education,counselors play the role of leaders,cultivators,organizers and creators.However,the lack of theoretical knowledge and ability of counselors hinders the cultivation of innovative students.Based on this,through promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of counselors,and building a trinity innovation and entrepreneurship education training system,it can promote innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students with strong theory,high practice and fine guidance.
