高尔夫专业“2+1”顶岗实习模式改革——以江苏经贸职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：顶岗实习是职业院校人才培养的重要环节,是学生获得生产认识的第一次主动尝试,对学生的知识体系、专业认知、就业方向和职业规划都具有十分重要的意义。以江苏经贸职业技术学院高尔夫专业为例,分析现有“2+1”顶岗实习人才培养模式的主要问题,探索相应的改革措施和人才培养策略。The post practice is an important link of talent training in vocational colleges and the first active attempt for students to gain knowledge of production,which is of great significance to students'knowledge system,professional cognition,employment direction and career planning.Taking golf and management major of Jiangsu Vocational Institute of commerce as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems of the existing talent cultivation mode of“2+1”post practice,and explores the corresponding reform measures and talent training strategie.
