摘　　要：对以Halliday,Hasan,Martin等为代表的学者所提出的语类研究理论观点进行了批判性的探究。对于语类的概念、定位、结构等基本问题学界存在不同的理论观点,如Halliday把语类看作是语域中语式的一个方面,Hasan认为语类是由结构的必要成分来定义的,而Martin把语类看作是一种社会活动类型等,这些观点均存在不同程度的问题,相比之下,Martin的语类理论比较完整、合理,适用性强,可作为学者今后进行语类研究的基础模式。This paper makes a critical study of theoretical viewpoints of the research of genre put forward by scholars such as Halliday,Hasan,Martin,etc.There are different theoretical views on the concept,orientation and structure of Genre.For example,Halliday regards Genre as an aspect of linguistic style in the domain,Hasan believes that Genre is defined by the necessary components of structure,and Martin regards the Genre as a type of social activity.These viewpoints are all problematic to varying degrees.In contrast,Martin’s Genre theory is more complete,reasonable and applicable,which can be used as the basic model for scholars to conduct future Genre research.
