摘 要:校园心理剧是一种通过舞台表演演绎学生心理问题,帮助学生正确处理心理问题,尽早走出心理困境的心理辅导方法。不过就当前艺术院校利用心理剧开展大学生心理健康教育而言,依然存在题材缺乏创新、学生影响力不断下降、指导教师水平有限以及分享反馈不足等现实问题,还需在心理剧创作与应用过程中,通过题材优化提升其针对性,扩大其影响力,建设师资队伍提高其专业性,强化分享反馈。Campus psychodrama is a kind of psychological counseling method that interprets students psychological problems through stage performances,and helps students deal with psychological problems correctly and get out of psychological dilemmas as soon as possible.However,as far as the current art colleges and universities use psychodrama to carry out psychological health education for college students,there are still practical problems such as lack of innovation in themes,declining influence among students,limited level of instructors and insufficient sharing feedback.In the process of creating and applying psychodrama,it is also necessary to improve its pertinence through optimizing themes,expand its influence using modern media,improve its professionalism relying on the construction of the teaching staff,deepen its educational effects through strengthening the sharing of feedback.
