摘 要:混合式教学师资的培训需遵循OBE理念,从建设并认定混合式课程的“最终产出”出发,围绕培训目标、培训内容、培训方式、培训效果评估四方面内容,根据适应、探索、建立、成熟、平和五个课程建设阶段不同要求,建立混合式课程师资培训体系。实践证明该体系获得了参训教师的认可,课程实施效果明显。The teacher training for blended course needs to start from the construction and certification of the“outcome”of blended course,and focuses on the four aspects of training objectives,training content,training methods,and training effect evaluation.Besides,the teacher training system for blended course should be set up according to the varied requirements of the five stages in blended course construction,namely adaptation,exploration,construction,maturity,and stability.The application and practice of the teacher training system constructed based upon the above ideas show that such system has been approved of by both teachers and students involved.
