摘 要:在各高校校风学风建设的大环境下,为了提升社团管理水平,研究高校校风学风建设中学生社团运作与管理方法。综合考虑社团存在的意义,树立社团品牌,基于社团本身的特点,增加社团经费来源;制定社团章程,有序、规范社团运作;在高校校风学风建设中学生社团的管理,需要在无形中约束社团成员的思想和行为,帮助社团负责人管理社团成员;各高校还需派出指导教师,指导社团负责人管理社团,并将高校校风学风融入其中,让社团成为高校校风学风的载体;落实社团经费透明化管理,降低社团管理难度;成立大学生社团联合会,与院系或职能部门、专业指导教师一起指导学生进行社团管理,形成“三位一体”化的社团管理模式,增强社团的内部凝聚力和整合力。In the context of the construction of school spirit and academic atmosphere in various universities,in order to improve the management level of student associations,this paper focuses on the operation and management methods of student associations in the construction of school spirit and academic atmosphere in colleges and universities.It is recommended to take the following measures:comprehensively consider the significance of the existence of student associations,establish brands of student associations,increase the source of student associations funding based on the characteristics of the associations themselves;formulate student associations rules,operate student associations in an orderly and standardized manner;in the construction of school spirit and academic atmosphere in colleges and universities,the management of student associations needs to restrict the thoughts and behaviors of association members,and help the leaders of student associations to manage the members;colleges and universities also need to send instructors to guide student associations leaders to manage associations,and integrate the school spirit and academic atmosphere into it,so that student associations can become the carrier of school spirit and academic atmosphere;implement the transparent management of student associations funds and reduce the difficulty of student associations management;establish college students associations federation to guide students in association management together with departments or functional departments and professional instructors,forming a“three-in-one”association management model to enhance the internal cohesion and integration of student associations.
