薏苡种皮油与薏苡仁油中脂肪酸与不皂化物组分群的GC-MS联用分析

摘　　要：目的分析比较薏苡种皮油与薏苡仁油中脂肪酸与不皂化物组分群的异同及相对含量。方法采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用分析比较薏苡种皮油与薏苡仁油中脂肪酸、不皂化物组分种类差别,并用归一法测定各组分群的相对含量。结果薏苡种皮油与薏苡仁油均检出11个脂肪酸组分,包括9,12-十八碳二烯酸、(Z)-9-十八碳烯酸和棕榈酸等;薏苡种皮油与薏苡仁油都有14个不皂化物组分,包括β-谷甾醇、角鲨烯和菜油甾醇等;不皂化物组分中各有3个差异组分,包括薏苡种皮油未检出十六烷、十七烷及γ-生育酚成分,薏苡仁油未检出麦角甾醇、豆甾烷醇及3a-胆固醇乙酸成分。结论薏苡种皮油与薏苡仁油中脂肪酸组成相同,不皂化物组成略有差异,两种组分群相对含量均显示出一些差异,本研究结果为利用和综合开发薏苡种皮的药用和营养价值奠定实验基础。Objective:To analyze and compare the composition and relative content of fatty acid and unsaponifiable in Adlay testa and seed oil.Methods:The difference between fatty acid and unsaponifiable was analyzed by GC-MS,and the relative content of each component was determined by normalization method.Results:11 fatty acids were detected in Adlay testa and seed oil,including 9,12-octadecadienoic acid,(z)-9-octadecenoic acid and palmitic acid,etc.14 unsaponifiable components were detecta in Adlay testa and seed oil,includingβ-sitosterol,squalene and campesterol,etc.There were three different components in the unsaponifiable components,including the components of hexadecane,heptadecane andγ-tocopherol were not detected in Adlay testa oil,and the components of ergosterol,stigmasterol and 3a-cholesterol acetic acid were not detected in Adlay seed oil.Conclusion:The fatty acid species in Adlay testa and seed oil are same in Fujian Province,but unsaponifiable species and their contents are different.The comparative study of chemical constituents laid an experimental foundation for the utilization and comprehensive development of the medicinal and nutritional value of Adlay testa.
