氨磷汀联合多西他赛与卡铂治疗卵巢癌的临床疗效及其安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨氨磷汀联合多西他赛与卡铂治疗卵巢癌的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取荆门市第一人民医院2015—2018年收治的卵巢癌患者88例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组静脉注射多西他赛和卡铂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予氨磷汀注射治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖蛋白199(CA199)、糖蛋白125(CA125)、糖蛋白153(CA153)水平,毒副作用发生率。结果观察组ORR、CBR高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组CEA、CA199、CA125、CA153水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组CEA、CA199、CA125、CA153水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组毒副作用发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨磷汀联合多西他赛与卡铂治疗卵巢癌的临床疗效确切,可控制疾病进展、降低肿瘤标志物水平,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of amifostine combined with docetaxel and carboplatin in the treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 88 cases of patients with ovarian cancer were selected from 2015 to 2018 in Jingmen First People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,44 cases respectively.The control group was treated by intravenous injection of doxeptaxel and carboplatin,and the observation group was treated with daphosphatine injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The levels of CEA,CA199,CA125 and CA153 before and after treatment,incidence of side effects were compared.Results ORR and CBR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CEA,CA199,CA125 and CA153 between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of CEA,CA199,CA125 and CA153 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of side effects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amifostine combined with docetaxel and carboplatin in the treatment of ovarian cancer has definite clinical efficacy,it can control the disease progression,reduce the level of tumor markers,and with high safety.
