摘 要:针对某乘用车在粗糙路面存在120Hz频率的路噪问题,从路噪产生的机理、传递路径、关键影响因子和控制方法着手,利用贡献量及传递路径分析方法识别到多连杆后悬架关键传递路径及零部件,并结合有限元及DOE设计方法寻找到关键子系统优化变量参数,发现优化后可有效改善该路噪问题,最终,通过样件改制在实车上验证了优化方案的有效性,为此类路噪问题控制提供了设计指导,降低了路噪风险。Aiming at the 120 Hz road noise problem of a passenger car at rough road, starting from the mechanism, transfer paths, key influencing factors and control methods of road noise, using the contribution and transfer path methods to find the key path and parts of the multi-links suspension. Then the FEM and DOE methods are used to look for the key parameters, the road noise can be effectively improved after optimization. Finally, the modified vehicle verifies the effectiveness of the control method, and provides design guidance for the road noise control of passenger car. The solution of this case problem provides design guidance for this kind of road noise problem control and reduces the risk of road noise.
