摘  要:针对电力信息物理系统中控制策略、网络和物理过程紧密耦合、互相影响的问题,现有计及运行不确定量的控制策略难以实现对信息传递和物理流动过程的统筹考量,且缺乏对离散信息子系统与连续属性的电力物理子系统的耦合统一建模控制。因此,对电力多维信息不确定性采取统一建模,给出传输时滞、丢包和误码的统一信息熵数学表述,进而将信息不确定集结项引入系统变结构滑模控制中,并采用积分结构的切换函数使系统稳定性参数趋近滑模面,从而提出了适用于高信息不确定性系统的变结构滑模控制器。通过多区域互联电力系统的负荷频率控制仿真实验验证了所提方法的控制性能。实验表明,对比现有的计及时滞负荷频率控制器,所提方法可以在大尺度信息不确定和多种负荷扰动叠加情况下,对功率波动所引起的频率偏差进行有效跟踪,并具有良好的系统动态性能和控制强鲁棒性。Because of the tight coupling and mutual influence of control strategies,networks and physical processes in cyberphysical power systems,existing control strategies that take into account the uncertainty of operation cannot achieve the overall consideration of information transmission and physical flow processes.Moreover,the lack the coupling unified modeling control of the discrete information subsystem and cyber-physical power system with continuous attributes.Hence,the unified modeling is adopted for multidimensional information uncertainty of power and the mathematical expression of uniform information entropy for transmission delay,packet loss and bit error is given.Then,the information uncertain assembly term is introduced into the variable structure sliding-mode control,and the switching function of the integral structure is used to make the stability parameters of the system approach the sliding-mode surface.Therefore,the variable structure sliding-mode controller suitable for the system with high information uncertainty is proposed.The control performance of the proposed method is verified by a load frequency control simulation model of a multi-region interconnected power system.The experiments show that compared with the existing load frequency controllers which consider time-lag,the proposed method can effectively track the frequency deviation caused by power fluctuations under the condition of large-scale information uncertainty and various load disturbances,and has good dynamic performance and strong control robustness.
