摘　　要：基于平台化、模块化、智能化和自动化等设计理念,提出了一种集除尘和吸尘功能一体化的烟管智能清灰机器人结构方案。该产品可以人工场外遥控,除尘与定位机构可在烟管内自适应伸展,能够做到边除尘、边吸尘、边排尘、边监控,将工人从高粉尘的恶劣清扫工作环境中解放出来,实现烟管道清灰的人工替代及自动化。介绍烟管智能清灰机器人的结构组成和设计方案,为烟管清灰设备研发提供新的思路。Based on design concepts of platformization,modularization,intelligence and automation,a structure scheme of intelligent dust cleaning robot for chimney integrating dust removal and dust collection functions is proposed.The product can be manually controlled outside,and the dust removal and positioning mechanism can be self-adaptive extended in the chimney pipe.It can achieve dust removal,dust collection,dust discharge and monitoring at the same time,liberate workers from harsh cleaning environment with high dust,and realize replacement of labor and automation of dust cleaning in chimney pipe.The structure composition and design scheme of intelligent dust cleaning robot for chimney pipe are introduced,which provides a new idea for research and development of smoke pipe cleaning equipment.
