摘　　要：目的探讨Zinner综合征的CT和MRI表现,提高对该病的正确认识。方法回顾性分析7例临床确诊的Zinner综合征的患者资料。7例患者有6例行CT检查,其中1例仅行平扫,5例行平扫加增强扫描;5例患者行MR平扫加增强扫描,观察其CT和MRI图像上的影像学特征。结果 7例患者,在CT和(或)MR的图像上均表现为一侧精囊囊肿合并同侧肾缺如,其中位于左侧4例,位于右侧3例。精囊囊肿的最大直径为3.8~8.5 cm,形态通常呈类圆形或略不规则形,边界清晰,囊壁较菲薄。CT平扫囊肿的内容物为低密度或稍高密度。在MR图像中囊肿在T2WI上呈高信号,在T1WI上呈低或高信号。在CT和(或)MR图像中增强后均未见明显强化。6例压迫相邻膀胱后壁,3例精囊区见残存的输尿管结构并发现其异位开口于同侧的精囊囊肿,均未发现合并其他的泌尿生殖系统发育异常。结论 Zinner综合征在CT和(或)MR图像上具有一定的特征性,再结合其临床特点,有助于提高该疾病的诊断准确率。Objective To investigate the CT and MRI manifestations of Zinner syndrome and improve the understanding of the disease. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the data of 7 clinically diagnosed patients with Zinner syndrome.Six of 7 patients underwent CT examination, including 1 with plain scan only, 5 with plain scan plus enhanced scan and 5 with MR plain scan plus enhanced scan. Theimaging characteristics of CT and MRI were then observed. Results In 7 patients, the CT and/or MR images showed a seminal vesicle cyst with ipsilateral absent kidney, including 4 cases on the left side and 3 cases on the right side. The maximum diameter of a seminal vesicle cyst is 3.8 to 8.5 cm, and the shape is usually round or slightly irregular, with clear boundaries and thin cyst walls. The content of the cyst on CT scan is low-density or slightly high-density. In the MR image, the cyst showed high signal on T2WI and low or high signal on T1WI. There is no obvious enhancement after enhancement in CT and/or MR images. In 6 cases, the posterior wall of the adjacent bladder was compressed, and the remaining ureter was seen in the seminal vesicle area and seminal cysts with ectopic opening on the same side were found in the seminal vesicle area. No other abnormal development of the urogenital system was found. Conclusion Zinner syndrome was detected in CT/MR.The image has certain characteristics, combined with clinical characteristics, will help improve the diagnosis accuracy of the disease.
