摘 要:针对科考船和工程船中双缸或多缸同步的液压设备普遍存在的同步纠偏能力弱、耐污染能力差、故障多发、维护成本高等问题,通过对导向刚度弱、高压大流量和固有频率较低的典型液压系统进行研究,改进电液回路的设计,并进行动力学仿真分析,获取电液回路动态特性优化控制策略。设计和仿真验证表明,采用该技术路线的同步回路,可克服比例伺服阀进行同步控制的不足,设备的技术性能更好的满足使用需求,实现了双缸同步的精准控制,提高船舶液压设备的可靠性、可用性和维护性,可为此类设备的设计和工程应用提供借鉴。Aiming at the problems of weak synchronous rectifying ability, poor anti pollution ability, frequent faults and high maintenance cost of double cylinder or multi cylinder synchronous hydraulic equipment of scientific research ship and engineering ship, the typical hydraulic system with weak guiding stiffness, high pressure, large flow and low natural frequency is studied. The design of the electro-hydraulic circuit is improved, and the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out to obtain the optimal control strategy of the dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic circuit. The design and simulation results show that the synchronization loop of this technical route can overcome the shortcomings of the proportional servo valve for synchronization control;the technical performance of the equipment can better meet the use needs, realize the accurate control of double cylinder synchronization and improve the reliability, availability and maintainability of marine hydraulic equipment, which can provide reference for the design and engineering application of such equipment.
