摘  要:基于某“双一流”大学本科生校园卡消费数据和学生发展情况调查数据,本文通过建立一般线性回归模型、双重差分模型和倾向性得分匹配模型,分析了贫困生资助对大学生消费行为的影响。研究发现:接受贫困生资助的学生在学校食堂就餐的次数更多、平均消费金额更低。利用倾向得分匹配和双重差分来消除选择性偏差的影响发现:贫困生资助仅对即期食堂消费水平有显著提升作用,而对学年平均食堂消费水平没有显著影响。这说明尽管受助学生与其他学生存在消费行为上的显著差异,但是贫困生资助对大学生消费水平仅产生短期效应而无中长期影响,日常餐饮消费并非贫困生资助的主要用途,若直接将补助发到餐卡未必能达到提高贫困生消费水平的目的。Based on the campus card consumption data and student development survey data of undergraduates in a first-class university,this paper analyzes the influence of need-based aid on students’consumption behavior by estimating a general linear regression model and a propensity score matching model.The main findings are as the following.Students receiving need-based aid are more likely to eat in school canteens,more likely to choose economy canteens and spend less than other students.After eliminating the selection bias and the influence of unmeasured variable selection on the results by means of propensity score matching and difference-in-differences estimator,it is found that the need-based aid has no significant effect on the average consumption level of students during the whole academic year,but has a significant effect on the short-term consumption of the aided students.This indicates that there is a significant difference in the consumption behavior between the aided students and other students.Besides,the financial aid only has a short-term effect on the consumption level of the aided students,but has no long-term effect.The students who receive need-based aid do not use the financial aid on daily food consumption.
