鼻内镜下与外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术(EE-DCR)与外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术(Ex-DCR)治疗慢性泪囊炎(CD)的临床疗效,为治疗CD积累经验。方法收集2018年1月-2020年1月我院收治的慢性泪囊炎患者132例(132只眼),按手术方式分为A组与B组。A组72例(72只眼)行EE-DCR,B组60例(60只眼)行Ex-DCR。比较两组患者术后第1天、6个月的治愈率及手术时间,术后恢复时间。结果 A组术后第1天、6个月治愈率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组手术时间及术后恢复时间均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EE-DCR较Ex-DCR治疗慢性泪囊炎手术时间及恢复时间短,治愈率更高,是贵州黔东南地区治疗CD的良好手术方式。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy(EE-DCR)and external dacryocystorhinostomy(Ex-DCR)in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis(CD),in order to accumulate experience in the treatment of CD.Methods A total of 132 patients(132 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were collected and divided into group A and group B according to the operation method.72 patients in group A(72 eyes)underwent EE-DCR,and 60 patients in group B(60 eyes)underwent Ex-DCR.The cure rate,operation time,and postoperative recovery time of the two groups were compared on the first day and 6 months after surgery.Results The cure rate of group A was higher than that of group B on the first day and 6 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The operation time and postoperative recovery time of group A were lower than those of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion EE-DCR has shorter operation time and recovery time than Ex-DCR for chronic dacryocystitis,and has a higher cure rate.It is a good surgical method for the treatment of CD in Qiandongnan,Guizhou.
