摘 要:目的评价不锈钢预成冠(stainless steel crown,SSC)对乳牙牙龈牙周组织的影响。方法选择采用SSC修复患儿60例,在修复前、修复后1,3,6月检测患牙探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、出血指数(bleeding index,BI)以及龈沟液中重金属离子铬、白细胞介素1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的浓度。结果研究对象SSC修复后PD、BI和龈沟液内铬离子含量均明显增加(P<0.05或P≤0.001);修复前后IL-1β、TNF-α水平均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 SSC术后乳牙龈沟液重金属含量升高,牙龈增生、探针出血明显加重,但是未引发牙周明显的炎症反应。Objective To investigate the effect of stainless steel crown for periodontal tissue in primary teeth.Methods Sixty children with SSC were selected for restoration. The probing depth(PD), bleeding index(BI)and heavy metal ion chromium,interleukin 1β (IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) concentration in the gingival crevicular fluid were detected before and after 1,3 and 6 months. Results PD,BI and the chromium ion concentration in the gingival crevicular fluid were significantly increased after SSC restoration(P<0.05 or P≤0.001);there was no significant difference in IL-1β and TNF-α levels before and after restoration(P >0.05).Conclusion After SSC restoration,the content of heavy metal ion in the gingival crevicular fluid of the primary teeth increased,and the gingival hyperplasia and probe bleeding increased significantly,but no obvious periodontal inflammation was induced.
