河北某高校学生夜磨牙症现状及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解河北医科大学在校生夜磨牙症患病情况及相关因素,为夜磨牙症的防治提供参考。方法采用方便抽样方法,在河北医科大学2014~2017级在校生随机发放问卷。采用问卷调查与口腔检查结合的方法进行数据搜集整理,采用SPSS23.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果河北医科大学在校生夜磨牙症患病率为14.4%,女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。磨牙症就诊率为4.2%。夜磨牙患者牙齿磨耗率为66.0%,牙齿磨耗程度多为Ⅰ级。尖牙区牙齿磨耗率最高。夜磨牙患者多存在开口型异常和关节弹响。多因素logistic回归分析显示:侧卧睡姿、父母夜磨牙史与夜磨牙症相关(P<0.05)。结论河北医科大学在校生夜磨牙症患病率高,就诊率低,需要我们多进行口腔宣教。另外,对于河北医科大学在校生,侧卧睡姿和父母夜磨牙史与夜磨牙症相关。Objective To investigate the prevalence and related factors of sleep bruxism among students of Hebei Medical University,and provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of sleep bruxism. Methods Using a convenient sampling method, questionnaires were randomly distributed to students of grades 2014 ~2017 of Hebei Medical University. The method of combining questionnaire survey with oral examination was used to collect and sort out data, and SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results The prevalence of sleep bruxism among students of Hebei Medical University was 14.4%,and women were higher than men,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The consultation rate was 4.2%. The dental wear rate of patients with sleep bruxism was 66.0%,and the degree of dental wear was mostly 1 degree. The dental wear rate in the canines was the highest. Patients with sleep bruxism often had abnormal openings and articulation. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that lateral sleeping position and the parents’ history of sleep bruxism were related to sleep bruxism(P<0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of sleep bruxism in students of Hebei Medical University is high and the consultation rate is low, so we need more oral education. In addition, for the students of Hebei Medical University,lateral sleeping position and the parents’ history of sleep bruxism are related to sleep bruxism.
