摘  要:为研究制造商双渠道为主导、零售商为跟随者的供应链在需求扰动信息不对称时的生产定价问题,构建了委托代理模型,求解Karush-Kuhn-Tucher(KKT)条件,得到需求扰动信息对称与不对称下的最优生产定价决策.给出了非对称需求扰动信息下的供应链最优契约,并通过算例分析需求扰动信息价值对供应链生产定价决策及性能的影响.结果表明:当需求扰动在某一特定范围时,初始生产计划具有一定鲁棒性,信息不对称对供应链的生产计划不会产生影响;当需求扰动超出特定范围时,零售商订货量发生扭曲,影响供应链的生产定价,高需求扰动下的零售商获得额外利润,低需求扰动下的零售商只能获得保留利润,且供应链整体利润减少.In order to study the production pricing problem of supply chain dominated by dual channels of manufacturers and followers of retailers when demand disturbance information is asymmetric,a principal-agent model was constructed.The Karush-Kuhn-Tucher(KKT)condition was solved,and the optimal production pricing decision was obtained under symmetric and asymmetric demand disturbance information.The optimal contract of supply chain under asymmetric demand disturbance information was presented,and the influence of demand disturbance information value on production pricing decision and performance of supply chain was analyzed through an example.The results show that when the demand disturbance is in a certain range,the initial production planning is robust,and the information asymmetry will not affect the production planning of the supply chain.When the demand disturbance exceeds a specific range,the retailer’s order quantity is distorted,which affects the production pricing of the supply chain.Retailers with high demand disturbance get extra profits,while retailers with low demand disturbance can only get retained profits,and the overall profits of the supply chain decrease.
