摘 要:简述了Timepix探测器的结构、基本工作原理及其主要性能,综述了Timepix探测器在带电粒子测量中的应用。着重介绍了对带电粒子的探测效率补偿方法以及与粒子不同反应的识别,结合空间辐射剂量领域的发展和新需求,分析了该探测器对空间辐射剂量测量的意义。展望了该探测器未来的发展趋势及其在航天、航空、医疗、环境等多领域的应用前景。The structure,basic working principle and main performance of Timepix detector are briefly described.The application of Timepix detector in the measurement of charged particles is reviewed.The compensation method for the detection efficiency of charged particles and the recognition of different reactions with particles are emphatically introduced.Combined with the development and new requirements in the field of space radiation dose,the significance of the detector to the measurement of space radiation dose is analyzed.The future development trend of the detector and its application prospect in aerospace,aviation,medical and environmental fields are prospected.
