摘　　要：中俄联合国际专业认证是对专业人才培养质量实施的一种外部评价,其认证结果被教育部认定为本科专业认证三级,可视为普通高等学校进行一流专业建设的重要途径。本文以黑龙江大学俄语专业参与中俄联合国际专业认证为例,探讨基于认证理念的专业人才培养方案修订、教学质量保障体系建构问题,剖析培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系建设思路,反思认证效果,为其他高校参与专业认证提供参考,为一流专业建设和先进人才培养理念的探索与实践提供借鉴。China-Russian allied international accreditation is an external evaluation of the quality of professional training, its accreditation result is recognized as the third level of undergraduate professional certification by the Ministry of Education, which can be regarded as an important way for ordinary colleges and universities to carry out first-class professional construction. This article takes China-Russian allied international accreditation of Russian major in the Heilongjiang University as an example, discusses the revision of professional talent training methods based on the accreditation concept and the construction of a teaching quality assurance system, analyzes ideas of training goals, graduation requirements, and construction of curriculum system, rethinks the effect of accreditation, provides reference for other universities to participate in professional accreditation, and for the exploration and practice of the concept of first-class professional accreditation and advanced talent training.
