摘　　要：目的探讨不同体位下留置鼻肠管在老年痴呆患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院在2019年2月至2020年2月确诊并治疗的老年痴呆患者100例,依据置管时的不同体位分成两组,对照组(n=50)应用仰卧位(床头抬高<30°),研究组(n=50)应用45°右侧卧位。观察比较两组的一次性成功置管比率水平差异;两组的置管平均耗时水平差异;两组置管过程中的相关反应发生比率水平差异。结果研究组一次性成功置管比率水平为94.0%(47/50),对照组一次性成功置管比率水平为76.0%(38/50),研究组一次性成功置管比率水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组置管平均耗时为(131.6±10.1)s,对照组置管平均耗时为(284.1±13.4)s,研究组置管平均耗时水平短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组置管过程中发生相关反应的比率水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予老年痴呆患者在留置鼻肠管时使用45°右侧卧位可显著提高一次性成功置管比率,缩短置管耗时,降低患者发生相关置管反应的比率水平。Objective To investigate the application efficacy of indwelling nasojejunal tube in senile dementia patients under different postures.Methods A total of 100 senile dementia patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=50)according to different postures during catheterization.The control group was applied with supine position(with the head of the bed raised<30°),while the study group(n=50)was applied with 45°right lateral position.The differences in the rate of one-time successful catheterization between the two groups,the average time-consuming level of catheterization between the two groups,the ratio of related reactions in the process of catheterization between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The rate of one-time successful catheterization in the study group was 94.0%(47/50),higher than 76.0%(38/50)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The average catheterization time spent in the study group was(131.6±10.1)s,shorter than(284.1±13.4)s in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The rate of related reactions in the process of catheterization in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving the senile dementia patients 45°right lateral decubitus position when indwelling nasojejunal tube can significantly improve the rate of one-time successful catheterization,shorten the time consuming of catheterization,and reduce the ratio of related reactions in the process of catheterization.
